Acceptable use & content policy

李靖 (Li Jing), China, operates Hit the Road Dude AI. This policy applies to scene directions, reference material, previews and any future generated video or audio. The site uses its own brand. The existing demo is a fictional Seedance 2.0 creation, not the original meme participant or a model-provider endorsement. Users must be 18 or older.

Pornography, nudification, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized depictions of people are prohibited. There is no adult-content mode or exception for a paid pack.

Graphic injury, gore, torture, credible violent threats, terrorist promotion, instructions facilitating severe violence or weapons of mass destruction are prohibited. Do not use the pickup-reaction format to threaten or target a person.

Content that dehumanizes, incites violence against or promotes hatred of a protected group is prohibited. Do not create targeted abusive impersonations, discriminatory threats or harassing campaigns.

Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors and any depiction or instruction facilitating child exploitation are absolutely prohibited. Do not upload children's photos. Suspected illegal material can be removed or reported to competent authorities when legally required.

Real-person face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions and fabricated speech or behavior of real people are prohibited even if the subject agrees. Do not impersonate a celebrity, the original meme participant or another identifiable person, claim an endorsement, or mislead viewers about authenticity. Having permission to upload an image does not override these restrictions. The public fictional-character demonstration is not a real person's likeness replacement.

Do not submit material you lack rights to use or make misleading branded, copyrighted-character or trademark imitations. A real-person photo or voice, where otherwise permitted, must be your own or explicitly authorized by its subject. That authorization does not permit a use prohibited in section 6. Public examples are intentionally published project assets; customer material must not be assumed public.

The preview does not send selected photos to a generation model or serve newly generated customer media. The implemented text-check preview submits scene directions to Waffo Pancake Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement. Only a validated allow verdict can pass that text gate; block, review, malformed results and unavailable checks do not pass. The check does not inspect photos, audio or every video frame. We do not claim that a text-only check provides complete media moderation. Paid generation remains closed until its reference and output checks are implemented and verified.

Include the public page URL or available order/safety reference, a description of the issue and your basis for reporting. Do not attach illegal material or disclose a private recovery code. This is the operator's existing monitored support inbox, not a 24-hour emergency hotline. Reports involving child safety or credible severe harm are prioritized.

The operator reviews reports and can remove public material under its control, refuse unsafe submissions and keep affected functions unavailable during review. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. A report does not automatically forfeit a legitimate unused balance; refund rights still apply. To appeal, reply to support@everygenai.live with the decision reference and an explanation. We do not promise a fixed review deadline or pretend an unimplemented automatic enforcement queue exists.
