Live purchases and video generation are not open. Test-mode credits have no monetary value and do not represent a real charge.
Before paying
When live checkout becomes available, check the pack price, included credits, output specifications, and final tax-inclusive total before paying. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Purchase or delivery issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a confirmed purchase was not delivered, contact support@everygenai.live with your order reference and receipt. We will investigate the payment and delivery records. Do not send card details or your purchase recovery code.
Generation failures
The planned service returns credits for provider-confirmed failed generation attempts. A successfully generated video may differ from the template. The final paid-service refund terms will be published before live sales open. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
